On a bicycle from NYC to LA for the American Heart Association

I am going to ride a bicycle from NYC to LA starting August 15, 2012. The ride is to raise awareness of heart disease, the number one cause of death in the USA, and 100% of the money raised will be donated to the American Heart Association.
